Terms of Service

The rules governing authorized access to Trojan One, its mobile and AI features, and the Trojan One ChatGPT app.

Effective September 18, 2026

Provider. These Terms are between you and Solar Sales of North America Inc., doing business as Trojan Solar, 7837 Excaliber Rd, Frisco, TX 75035. Questions may be sent to jacob@trojanslr.com.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing Trojan One, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized by Trojan Solar to use the applicable employee, contractor, homeowner, administrator, or connected-app account. If you use Trojan One for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind yourself to its authorized-use requirements.

2. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate account information, safeguard credentials and devices, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Accounts are individual unless Trojan Solar expressly designates otherwise. You may access only records, customers, projects, locations, and features made available through your role and permissions. Impersonation tools may be used only by authorized administrators for legitimate support, verification, or management purposes.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Trojan One only for authorized Trojan Solar business or to manage your own homeowner project. You may not bypass permissions; probe or disrupt security; scrape or bulk-export data without approval; introduce malicious code; use another person’s account; unlawfully monitor a person; misuse customer or employee information; infringe rights; or use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or unsolicited communications.

4. Business records and communications

Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriate handling of information they enter, upload, approve, or send. Electronic messages, signatures, calendar changes, project updates, and documents may have business or legal consequences. Follow company approval rules and verify the recipient, record, amount, time, and attachment before a consequential action.

5. AI-assisted features

Jake’s Pulse, Sunny, and the Trojan One ChatGPT app can search authorized records, summarize information, ask questions, draft content, and—when a separately enabled tool permits—propose or perform business actions. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Do not treat it as legal, tax, financial, engineering, medical, or safety advice. Verify material facts against the underlying Trojan One record and obtain required human approval before relying on consequential output.

An AI response does not by itself create a contract, change an appointment, send a message, approve financing, alter a project, or bind Trojan Solar. A change is complete only when the applicable tool confirms success and the authoritative Trojan One record reflects it.

6. Content and intellectual property

Trojan One and its software, branding, design, documentation, and system-generated materials are owned by Trojan Solar or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, Trojan Solar grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. You retain rights you have in content you lawfully provide, and you grant Trojan Solar permission to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content as needed to operate, secure, and support the service.

7. Third-party services

Trojan One may connect to third-party identity, AI, communications, calendar, storage, document-signing, mapping, utility, advertising, or other services. Those services may require separate accounts and are governed by their own terms. Trojan Solar is not responsible for a third party’s independent service, availability, or policies.

8. Availability, suspension, and termination

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features; perform maintenance; or revoke access to protect users, customers, Trojan Solar, or the service. Access may end when employment, contractor status, customer access, authorization, or a connected account ends. Provisions concerning records, ownership, disclaimers, liability, and disputes survive termination where applicable.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trojan One is provided “as is” and “as available.” Trojan Solar disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trojan Solar and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction over Frisco, Texas will be the venue for disputes unless applicable law requires otherwise. We may update these Terms as Trojan One changes. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law; material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel.
